Need help to set up my KMAC.

As you can see from the picture, there're two pieces of "things" above and under the PCB. Am I supposed to cut them off? Because the PCB would not fit the KMAC base by not cutting them off.

Hey feng, I just did this a couple weeks ago.  The bottom one you just wiggle back and forth and it'll slowly snap off.  Sand the edge it leaves.  The top edge one has small sections of perforated PCB that you want to score with a hard (not very thin) blade.  Then one by one work them til they break.  Sand that too.
