Can you say Model F AT?

I could be mistaken, but I think that might be a Model M box and styrofoam.  The original PC AT Model F box looked like this, though they may have had some variation in packaging.

That is definitely a model M box. It's the same as my Lexmark Space Saver box, just longer.

Good spotting.  My AT boxes are also like yours and the one on ClickyKeyboards.  The cutout in the styrofoam on the one on eBay is way too big.  The keyboard would flop around inside the box.  Not something IBM would do.  So most definitely it looks like it's the box/packing for a different keyboard.  If so, it of course calls into question if the keyboard itself is truly new or not.

Q: The packaging does not appear to be that of the same keyboard. Are you sure the styrofoam shown in the picture is for the Model F PC AT?
A: As far as I know it is, it fits the keyboard and box- Its been in my attaic for 20some years. The box has IBM logo and shows a ship date of 03 NOV 86 , it does have a serial # and the box says its a Model M

So it's definitely NOT the original box, which brings about the question of whether or not the item itself is actually new.  I was all set up to bid big on this, now I might not bid at all :(

Hmm.  Differing descriptions, changing descriptions, wrong box, 20 years in attic heat.  Hmm...

Price is moving up, at $31.00 + $13.70 shipping now.  We need KillerBee to come over here and make some comments so the price drops like it did on the space saver,.

Haha - an offer of $50 if he closes the auction now.
That was me. With an Xmas visit to the states approaching, I'm up to my old tricks again. GH found it though, which spoils the chance of a steal.

I'm glad I didn't win this though as I have enough AT Fs for one lifetime and the NIB label was a fraud.
