Razer Deathadder Counter Logic Edition
« on: Wed, 29 August 2012, 21:25:18 »
Just wanted to give a heads-up on a swanky new special edition of the Deathadder: http://www.razerzone.com/store/counter-logic-gaming-razer-deathadder-e-sports-edition

It's based on an e-Sports team that I've personally never heard of, but, it's got a great color scheme (light with dark blue)

There's also video of it here:

Sorry for tooting my own horn here (I made that video), but I really do think the mouse is great, and should be checked out by anyone looking for a new Deathadder.

I'm really digging that colorway, it looks great!
Is there a difference in the feel of the rubber at all from the regular DA, or the black edition?>

I'm not sure... what do you mean by rubber? The scroll wheel, or the side grips of the mouse?

The scroll wheel is the same, if I remember correctly. The side grips on the Counter Logic, though, are glossy, but with a texture. It's kind of reminiscent of the texture of stucco walls.

Hope this helps!

colour scheme is nice but that clg logo makes it a no go for me. Big starcraft fanboy cannot have a Lol/dota team mouse  :))

Interesting. Can't say the color is my favorite but could open the way for more colors to come around.

=P That comes next.

Haha. I did not know that (that CLG was a LOL/Dota team).

Interesting. Can't say the color is my favorite but could open the way for more colors to come around.

Actually, yea... Razer releases special editions of Deathadders all the time. They released a bunch of Transformers 3 Deathadders in Red, Yellow, Purple, and Silver, (http://www.razerzone.com/store/transformers-3-optimus-prime-razer-deathadder), and a Dragon Age 2 themed Deathadder (http://www.razerzone.com/store/dragon-age-ii-razer-deathadder).

You bought the mouse without knowing what CLG was? Interesting.

I don't exactly consider anything with a Logo printed on it a choice but yes they do make several colored ones if you don't mind transformer head glowing at you all the time when you hand isn't on the mouse.
