PAX Sona and RIOT Graves Giveaway!

I went to PAX Prime over the weekend, and it was pretty fun! I was mainly around the League of Legends area just to support friends in their competing to secure a place at Season 2 Championships and to secure their future for another year! This also let me run into a few Rioter friends of mine and I received some skins. This year, PAX Sona and RIOT Graves were given out and I'd like to share them with Geekhack! I have loved Geekhack ever since I found it and this is my chance to give back to you guys~

If you like League of Legends, and you want one of these codes, please post here and tell me what you liked and thought about the NA regional matches!

I won't base this on a random generator. I'm letting my boyfriend read the results and have him choose. He's always watched me browse Geekhack but this time he gets to read the posts before I click to a different page! The reason I'm doing this is because most(all) of the codes belong to him and are for him to give away, so it's only fair I let him be the one to choose who they go to. :3

Not gonna lie, I don't really tend to watch matches; I have played LOL for around 2+ years now so I've figured I've seen almost everything unless something amazing happens and is posted on reddit. It was definitely one of those games that I knew were gonna be big the second I started playing. I've spent countless hours yelling at my friends, and being yelled at but its all been worth it. Also I've played a ton of DDR during highschool, and that Sona ult is too sick to pass up. HOOK IT UPPP. Please.

I just watched the intro to the TSM vs dignitas match, and I have to say without even watching any more that the intro's are the best, when imaqtpie comes out with a semi look of shame at his name. You can't find that anywhere else.

Honestly I was pretty underwhelmed by the competition this go around. Especially the finals, it was just a stomp fest. I feel like a CLG versus TSM final would have been much more entertaining as TSM seems to often struggle against CLG, especially at offline events. I'm glad my favorite team won though!

I'd really love the PAX Sona skin, my most played champ!

Ah yeah, I hate that they region locked it to NA! A lot of my friends are EU too so it disappointed me as well :/

JWAZ you tired of seeing tsm stomp? Haha. I love chaox, he's so adorable wubwubwub. I don't talk to him as much anymore since the gap between CLG and TSM has grown larger since the old days when they used to be really tight ><;

I've been playing LoL for quite some time now (about 2-3 years) and I've really enjoyed it!  With these tournaments and the streaming matches it's been interesting to see the progression of game play.  I've seen a lot of these matches lately and I think ekw808 got it when he said the Intro to the matches are the best part to watch.  The tactfulness and early game agression is exhilarating!  I love sona and this skin is absolutely AMAZING.  Her ult makes my day haha and the 'game over' animation is great.  Sona is my main support and Graves is my main ADC both are awesome.   

I enjoyed the Curse vs CLG match the most during the tournament... the trash talk against TSM was too funny.

I agree - a final between TSM and CLG would have been interesting to watch, especially considering the love/hate between the two teams that's been there since the LoL eSports started up.  I still don't know if CLG could have put up much of a fight against TSM right now though.  TSM, right now, are just monsters.  They're on top of the game and are playing very cohesively as of late.  To me, the CLG play has been slipping recently (shortly after they moved to Korea), and they're underestimating new teams on the scene.  Queue up the LGN v. CLG matches for proof, and Chauster himself even stated they underestimated them.  Also, these were some of my favorite matches of the regionals.  Legion's outlook is looking good - Cruzer to stronk.

I was hoping Curse would have done a little better in their semi's/3rd place matches.  They've been on an up and up lately, but I was disappointed in their showing at regionals.

What I'm looking forward to, now, is the world championships.  I'm interested to see if TSM can keep up with their level of play with the international teams.  Azubu Blaze/Frost and M5 against NA teams is going to be interesting.  We'll get to see if M5 can pubstomp the NA teams as easily as it runs over most EU lineups.
