Ok, so upon looking at my finances, I unfortunately have to retract my bid (that is, if mkawa will let me). HOWEVER, given that it is generally frowned upon to retract bids, I will donate an extra $50 to Geekhack at the end of this auction. It seems like the only reasonable thing for me to do at this point...

At one point in my life, I would be all for that.

After having rescue puppies and kitties(maybe interesting tangent: adopted a kitten that I found in the spare tire well of a customer's tahoe) cost me more in vet bills, home repair bills, replacement item bills and sanity, I'm happier paying a breeder and raising a puppy from near birth.
