Where are you shipping from? Asia? CONUS? Some other Country?

I know CONUS -> Europe for light packages (A few keycaps) is ~$3

Usually up to $25 for things like keyboards or smaller. If it's more (UPS has ridiculous pricing), I just ignore the offer.

I live in Germany and would like to know what the costs are for a 104 Filco keyboard to ship from CONUS. I have already bought 1 or 2 keyboards from the US and the shipping costs were around 40$. So how and where do you get these prices?

Thanks for the replies.

Based off of USPS prices:

(Assuming a Filco+packaging weights 3lb 12oz)

From: http://postcalc.usps.com/
Express (3-5 days) $54
Priority (6-10 days) $43
First-Class (weeks?) $29

Most people like to use USPS to ship because it's cheaper than UPS/FedEX/DHL for the everyday person

$88 for fedex's shipping of a unicomp keyboard.
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

The key is keeping under 4lbs, or the pricing gets nuts as first class is suddenly unavailable as an option for some idiot reason. It goes from $30 3lbs14oz to $50 4lbs1oz. If it's going to be over 4lbs it's only worth it for the hardest to find items.
