Cherry G230 Low Profile Keyboard

Hi,

I bought this keyboard around 2008 for $29.00 AUD which was a lot more than the $10.00 range.
I think its also known as the "Evolution Stream" - Although I don't recall that been printed on the box.
Its rather weighty thanks to the steel plate backing.
The keys are supported by rubber dome scissor switches.
Its well built and has lasted.
I really liked this keyboard at the time even though I'm not much of a laptop fan.
I brought it out of storage with a clean up to give it a run.

lol I think before I switched to mechanical keyboard I was using Razer Arctosa, after that I used Logitech Illuminated briefly and I must say I really liked it too.  Sometimes I still think that mechanicals "feels" better but scissor switch is still "faster".

I bought a Cherry G84-4100 which is a low profile mechanical.  Hopefully it will arrive soon then I can test it out

Oh, I forget to mention that I think this thing gave me more RSI than anything else LOL
