FS: thick blue Cherry PBT dyesubs

$50 USD shipped to the continental 48, plus shipping to elsewhere in the world

sold!

new condition blue dyesubs from a royal satellite 4 typewriter, as pictured.  all keys are dye subs except for the two odd-looking non-keycap pieces.

the stem spacing on the outer posts of the shift keys is slightly wider and may require modification to work with a modern keyboard.  caps lock is center-stemmed.  while not a complete 104 key set, they work great to replace the letters/punctuation, as pictured below, and have a far superior texture and feel to ABS doubleshots.

comparison with other cherry dyesubs

a similar set i use daily

The blue almost looks purple. I really like this, but the Enter obviously wouldn't work with a Poker and same for the spacebar too right? :(

the color isn't perfect in the photographs, but it is a pretty deep blue.  the space bar is wider than a standard one, so i wouldn't have any expectations of using it unless you were willing to cut it down -- maybe then. :)

To me, It looks like Enter, Spacebar, Backspace, Tab, Caps lock, and the shifts won't fit a "normal" board :x

but as precarious said, this would be perfect (and beautiful) for replacing just letters and numbers :)

E: re-read OP.

caps lock & tab will fit a normal board, the 1.5x word key is center stemmed but probably wouldn't fit due to stabilizers.
