New, but not really new.
« on: Wed, 16 January 2013, 09:37:06 »
Hey, i'm not really new, my old account got deleted back when the site was hacked with "R00TW0RM" or something similar early last year, my last post is here:

http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=19574.msg629433#msg629433

I stopped browsing until now since I was going to make a classified auction for the clacks in that thread (Not collecting caps anymore), but since I never posted on this account I'm still considered "new" and I cannot start a topic in the classified section.

I'm just wondering what I have to do to be able to make a new classified thread, thanks.

Welcome back!

Might not be a bad idea actually, but then I'd have to do background checks to see if people already own CC caps.

Is there a number of posts my account has to have before I am able to start a new classified thread?

Welcome back!

I have no CCs, just thought I'd mention it in passing ;)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
