Noppoo Choc Mini Issue
« on: Fri, 18 January 2013, 10:18:15 »
Well much like what the title says, I am having difficulty with my Noppo choc mini (Blue switch).

It is fairly new (2 months old).

Recently it has lost complete functionality, it is no longer recognised by any USB slot, i have also tried it on multiple computers etc. The only thing it does do is make the CAPS, NUM LOCK and SCROLL LOCK lights appear and stay lit untill the keyboard is unplugged.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a fix? or does it sound like a fault that would be better off getting a replacement.

Thanks in advance

Have you tried it on other PC? Through PS/2? I guess there are more threads about this sort of issues, but I don't think I've seen any solution.

Sounds like a controller issue.   If it was anything purely mechanical it would be just several of the switches not working.  If its not getting recognized by your computer via PS/2 and via USB then there must be an issue.  Try it on another PC as davkol said and maybe just maybe if it works then it maybe be an issue with your computer.  Possibly manually download driver?  Try this, otherwise, contact customer service and get your board serviced.
