I thought armrests were killing me, and had relief while standing.
But now I think levator and scalene muscles are getting trigger points, with referred pain to other parts of the body.
Having your arms in front of your body for long periods is known to produce trigger points in the scalenes (BTW, I recommend Davies' 'trigger point therapy').
Any ideas to get some support while standing? I have attached extensions to the hydraulic table, but it doesn't solve the problem.
