Greetings from Cooler Master
« on: Wed, 29 May 2013, 15:05:32 »
Hello everybody, I'm new around here so I wanted to introduce myself. My name is George and I recently started working for Cooler Master, as a forums rep.

I'm aware that Carter and Rajiv are already doing a fine work, but I hope I'll be able to help out too.

Feel free to ask me whatever you want through PMs, whethers it's general questions or feedback and technical difficulties with CM products.

See you in forums :)

George.

Is there any kind of proof or verification? Not that I don't believe you. But in such a case, I could also now work for Cooler Master.

Anywho, welcome to geekhack!

Not sure if I already PM'ed you about this, but I have a Storm Trigger with MX Greens, and unfortunately I managed to step on the USB cable and pull the female end of the mini-USB connection off of the USB Control Hub contained in the keyboard. I have a friend who could possibly solder a new one on for me, but he's been taking his sweet as time trying to help me out, and there's always a chance it may not work. I was just wondering if it was possible for me to procure just the USB Control Hub from CM as a replacement part? If you are unsure of what I'm talking about I can send you a picture, or if you have any questions let me know!

Thanks for any help you can give me!
