Well I think it's more the fun of it...also you might get lucky and find a couple complete mod sets and sell em to make your money back.

Yes, some people managed to get a few very rare or unusual keycaps - but that was the exception.

The vast majority of keycaps were multiple, multiple copies of partial sets of white on black DS IIRC.

Sold out quite quickly last time.

I was tempted, but the postage price to Australia for the relatively small chance of getting a few useful keycaps was too high, so I skipped it.

It was great when people got theirs though, someone posted a video of himself sorting the keycaps in real time - that was fun

Can anybody tell me the size of the package or even take a picture of the package that contained the caps from the sale? I have a friend of mine in the US that might be able to get one for me but only if the package is not too big

Is there something more specific your looking for? If I get a couple bags I don't mind getting another and proxying just what you want out of one.

That is very generous

I was tempted last year, despite the shipping cost, but decided against it. Having seen what some people got, I had no regrets in missing out.

Looking at what came out of last year's bags, most of the black/white double-shots are meh, but some of the novelty or unusual ones would be nice.
