They're laptop-style scissor switch.

I'm used to keys with springs, anything else feels lifeless to type on. I'm not fond of the snappy feeling of the scissor switch in the Fujitsu. First there is the snap, and straight after, the flat feeling of bottoming out. The combination of this and the initial resistance of the keys feels all wrong to me.
