What is the tape used on touch pads?

Almost foamy? black double sided tape I think. 5/16" wide and some are 1/2 inch. looks like one side is smooth like it had a clear plastic to cover the adhesive.

Fixing an Asus Transformer screen. Just not sure what type it is.

Any ideas?
