Or better yet are they actually in stock anywhere ?

I've heard/seen its a USB NKRO keyboard - but does that mean large reports or multi-keyboard emulation ?

The backlight itself: might be red, might be blue - all keys ?

Speaking of which; the keys - are these ABS, POM, something else (due to their need to be partly transparent)... ?

I also assume its available in all common Cherry MX switches... (red/black/brown/blue)

They do, it has multi-keyboard emulation I believe, like the TK.
I think that they're POM like most Noppoo boards.
