It's an auction, think you have to bid, not just offer money.
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

Well, an offer for $80 was the only one put up for the auction before the close date, so they won the auction, regardless of whether or not they actually made a traditional bid.  I think they're asking if anyone knows who they are because they haven't been contacted about their win.

Not really.  There's no picture and it's still a relatively new user.  Many people are wary in cases like that.

Registered in 2011--not very new :)  But yes, suspicious that he has not checked back in officially.  Especially considering that his last post before this thread is in the Sanctuary GB set, blaming the organizer for going MIA :D

That was a bid, but I'm not used to the way it is stated on here. I learned and in the other auction I'm in I stuck with the format.
I thought about changing the way I stated it but it would alter the time stamp.

My point was he hadn't checked in since before the auction closed. I was going to ask for a picture of the keyset before I paid - I was suspicious to start with.

I'm not counting on it! I wondered if I would see it in the first place. Oh well,

The starting bid is $80. The minimum increment is $2. The auction will end on forum time on 20 October 2013, Sunday 5pm. The last valid post replied here on Sunday with timestamp 4.59PM (1659 hours) is the winner. Do not PM me to bid!

NOT Legit  ::)
