Really looking for some thick pbt black/blue/red on white dyesub keycaps and not sure where to find them.

Are you talking about the key cap sets from this group buy? If so, then those are made by IMSTO. He as an online store at http://aikb.taobao.com/ that may have some sets as well. Also, Feng sells a few sets on eBay as well.
