I think CC is the only one around here who could answer that question.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

What about Tangerine? That's a good name for its colour.
Or Mandarin, as in Mandarin oranges..

Don't know if you're looking for an "official" name here (of which I have no idea) or a suggestion, in which case I would propose 'coral' or 'strawberry milkshake'  :p

He's still around, although crazy busy at the moment.

He has a vendor forum here: http://geekhack.org/index.php?board=78.0

And there are no EK sales because they crash the EK web site and sell out in a few minutes, if that, so they run a drawing every now and again where you have a week or two to enter, and they pick "winners" randomly.

Can you take a better photo? Is the design different than the current ones? the face looks kind of more "flat" on some of them on that pic.

If they are all prototypes, than nobody here (except cc himself) can tell you which color that is or if the color even had a name.

A flat, face-up pic on a white sheet of paper under a natural or florescent light would really help a lot, even if the actual camera sucks.

I will post a new photo, they are not flat, it's the dim light
