He did wht was best for the country (and EVERY person living in it) instead of seeking revenge for being "opressed" and mistreated. I just wish the current leaders of the country would do the same, but unfortunately people like him are very rare indeed.
Some things he instituted have run their course and should be stopped, like affirmative action for employment. It's been 18 years, things are balanced now, no group should be given preferential treatment any more, but... It's pushing qualified and valuable people out the country. Funny thing is it's actually against the constitution, too.
