IBM Model M's, Mostly Terminal Keyboards and a few PS2
« on: Sat, 14 December 2013, 07:35:19 »
I have a couple dozen keyboards I'm trying to sell, most of them are terminal Model Ms with the 240 degree 5 pin DIN connector.  Some are the cat 5 looking connector, and the prices are $30-$40 dollars + $17 dollars shipping via USPS Priority Mail Game box.  All of them are tested with Soarer's converter, and will require Soarer's converter to use with a PC.  I don't sell or make converter's.
A few are IBM Model M PS2 Connector.
I have a couple of Model F 122 key I'm not in a hurry to sell but willing to part with for the right price  $175 + $17 shipping USPS Priority mail.
Shipping Continental US only, but I'm open to discussion if you really want it shipped outside CONUS.  From what I can tell, the price wouldn't be worth it.

Some of you may have noticed my ebay ads have a stern message about not accepting returns.  This is because people are buying the terminal keyboards and upset that they won't plug in to a PC, although the add clearly states a DIY converter is required.  That's not my policy here on geekhack.   My assumption is that the average geekhacker can put together a converter.   I tested them all, and I'll test each one before I ship.
Cheers,

One of the Model Fs sold on ebay,  The one that hasn't sold hasn't been photographed yet.  It's clean and fully operational.  Will provide pics later this week.

considering that you're a pro, I'm surprised you don't even list the model and year numbers. why would a normal geekhacker just buy a 'terminal model m' without more details?
Most of the modding can be done on your own once you break through the psychological barriers.

I don't feel like a pro and a quick eBay search for my username will get you all the pics.     :thumb:

I have bought two 122-key terminal keyboards from h2gofast. I saw a picture of one, but not the other.

Both were filthy and performed perfectly, and I was completely happy with the transactions.

He packs well and ships fast.

Trump’s behavior is so bizarre, so unhinged, and so counter to his short-term interests that the most likely explanation for his actions is that Trump either believes or knows that he is mentioned in the Epstein files in ways that are even more damaging than the blowback he is getting for not releasing the files."

Thanks fohat.digs,

And yes some of them are dirty and for the record I am perfectly willing to send more detailed pics of a specific keyboard.
