Mini USB male to USB female stub cable

Anything like what I'm looking for?  I hate keyboards that have routing and hide the usb po rt underneath the keyboard.  Ala the shine 3.

I want a stub cable so I can leave that in permanently and just attach other male cables to it.

Anyone know of any that are available to someone in Canada?

That was more to show the idea to terran.  The best way I can think of would be to make your own or commission someone to do it.
