Tbh, the easiest solution is to tack on a clicker speaker or solenoid. But I do agree that's cheating.

HP 46010AEIt uses Clicky Fujitsu Leaf Spring. The tactility is masked through the leaf spring so there is *almost* not tactility. Has to be a 46010, the other model numbers are domes AFAIK.

Another would be this Kaypro keyboard. Unfortunately I don't know exactly which Kaypro this was for. Just approximately when it was built. This uses a linear foam'n'foil mechanism with an Alps like click leaf so there is virtually no tactility other than the vibration from the click.
