Hey all,
Just received an FC660M and for some reason turning on the first or second dip switch activates them both. Any ideas why it might be doing this? I can use it as is, I just have to choose between Ctrl in its proper place in the home row or Windows and Alt being switched. I'm sort of handy with a solder iron -- could there be something I could fix if I open it up? I don't really want to send it back.
Also, the USB port is really loose. It connects and stays in, but wiggles a lot. I'm assuming there's something I can do to fix that, but wanted to see what other users had to say about it.
