WTS WYSE keycaps, CCnG new, LED color changers
« on: Fri, 10 January 2014, 07:16:19 »
WTS

CCnG 104 key set, has everything except one key, the numpad green divide key that I simply haven't been able to locate no matter what.
Comes with WoG geekhack key and GoW geekhack key.

This set has NEVER been used before. It has NEVER been mounted on any keyboard. I am just missing one key and after 2 months still can't find anyone willing to sell me this key.

Please post your offers here or via PM.

WYSE: $26 shipped anywhere in the world.
Gift or you pay fees.

As in photos. I have two sets like this. Very good condition. No yellowing, little shine, nothing broken or cracked or chipped.

Please note you need a moogle set. The alphanumerics, the arrow keys, the numpad and the function row fit a normal keyboard.

WTS: Plastic color changers for LEDs

I have 192 remaining. 93 green 10 blue 19 orange 43 yellow 27 purple.

Would like to sell them all for 20 shipped anywhere. Will throw in a free new compartmentalized storage box for them.

Please pay as gift because these are really small, cheap items and paypal will take at least 30 cents per transaction.

Thanks for all your interest.

As I said above, buyers should offer what they are prepared to pay in total. Highest offer doesn't always win, because I have to calculate my shipping cost.

This is basically a buying opportunity for people not located CONUS, who would have to pay exorbitant FedEx shipping from Elitekeyboards.

My friend basically wants to get back 200USD for his Topre since he paid over 300. If you're located CONUS, I think it'll be 270 total (ie with shipping and paypal fees) for the Topre. Can't give a firm estimate because if you also want to buy the keycaps, it'll mean a different box and I'll have to measure and weigh again.

Geekhack prices for Topres are now about 225+shipping. I'm guessing if you're CONUS you can get a Topre for 250 total from another geekhacker? The only advantage is that it's 1.5 months old which is younger than other sellers' keyboards. So there's no big bargain for those located CONUS.

Come on, no one has a CCNG spare key? And pink topre blanks are still for sale!

I recently bought a CCnG extras bag. It had about 90% of the keys of a full set, but I forget which were missing. If there's a numpad divide in there, it's yours for the cost of shipping.

Thank you,  :-* :-* :-*

btw how much does a CCnG extras bag cost? If I still can't complete my set, I am thinking of buying two or three bags to maximize my chances of finding the right key, then putting the remaining stuff together and selling the extras. It's kinda annoying to be missing one key.  :'(

I actually found the bag here on classifieds. It was $30 for an almost-full set. The only alpha-num missing was a 6, some F keys were missing, and some numpad keys were missing. I bought it so that I could replace keys on my CCnG if/when they get shiny. Extra spacebar, etc.

Ah, shoot. Very sorry, but the numpad divide is one of the two numpad keys I'm missing. :(

If someone is already taking the numberpad, am I splitting the cost of the topre set with them?

Yup, the TKL part as mentioned earlier is 75 shipped. Since you're in UK, I prefer either gift or SGD payment.

SGD?

SGD= Singapore dollars. I have found that sometimes paypal charges double fees. EG once I received payment from someone in Europe and it was converted from Euro to USD, then USD to SGD, and I got charged 4.5% twice. Yes, 9%! And since it was a small payment (just under 5 USD), they also deducted 30cents fixed rate, and I wound up receiving 3.97. Almost 20% fees effectively. I totally didn't understand the crap calculation Paypal gave me, but since this isn't something I can appeal, I let it go and vowed to avoid similar crap in future.

But this doesn't seem to happen all the time also. Maybe the type of credit / debit card/ bank account makes a difference.

I am finally selling my CCnG after being unable to get the missing key. It will fit a TKL fine since the missing key is the numpad divide key.

You wouldn't happen to have a tsangan kit for the CCnG would you?

Hi Random Asian

I do have some and they're right on a couple of keyboards. I'll check this weekend, because they're coming off after my usual field tests on new products.

Hi lilky

I'm afraid I don't have a tsangan kit. Mine was intended for 104ANSI until I discovered the missing /.
