It looks to me like the one you linked might instead be the type of keyboard that came with the "SL", "XE", etc. Toshiba laptops. The keycaps on those are clearly shorter than the Alps keycaps on the laptops listed above. Here’s just a keyboard of that type, if someone wants to get one for $25 and see what type of keyswitches they are (but don’t blame me if it’s rubber domes or something):

The keycaps on the one in the OP look very different than the ones in your link (when viewed from the side). Those are more rounded and much flatter than the ones in the OP. Look at the esc-row for example in the first photo. Though they are clearly both pad print and look quite the same from the top (see below).
Hmm, on second look all the top down pictures of the keyboard look very similar. But the first imange doesn't look stretched. Perhaps the top-down angle / bad camera combination makes it seem flatter than it is.
