Tried to lube my filco blue mx switch and now it is terrible

I have a Filco Majestouch 2 full keyboard. I wanted to smooth out a key and I used this lube (teflon/PTFE) spray and sprayed on top of one switch and instead of making it better it is now horrible. It has a terrible feel to it, it completely lost it's click sound and on top of that it gets stuck now and then. 

I know that I did a mistake, but please be kind and tell me if there's hope and that I can fix it as it was before. 

Is my filco plate or pcb mounted? from what I gathered, it's plate-mounted. Does that mean that the only way to open the switch is to dissassemble the whole keyboard and desolder that switch? Isn't there another way to open it (like they did in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GivKt63dLvA"[/youtube]]this video)? And if I do that, is there a guide? And how and with what can I clean that switch if I manage to open it?

Basically you need to desolder that one switch and probably just replace it.

Yes, in short, don't ever lube clicky switches. It makes them feel terrible and lose their click.

You can desolder that one switch and replace it with a new one.

Also, if you're going to lube switches, you need to open them up and lube the friction points correctly, with Krytox. Just spraying any old lubricant inside a switch is never a good idea.

I might disagree slightly, but any switch lubing must be very light.

Use a good lubricant without any type of solvent (aka propellant) that could damage plastic.

I have a small flat artist paintbrush, and use it *almost* dry to apply the thinnest possible film of lubricant.

If you can see it, you probably used too much.
