Originative Lightsaver
« on: Fri, 16 May 2014, 12:33:55 »
Is Originative a solid vendor?
I noticed that there is a group buy for a Lightsaver and yet Originative has them for sale on their site.

What is the scoop?
Has someone ordered a lightsaver from them?
Tempted to do so since all 30 from the group buy are spoken for.

Thanks,

-Blacke

Yeah, apparently he was pretty flaky.  I don't know, I've heard both good and bad things about him.  I don't think he'd have a very high seller rating on amazon  :p

The groupbuy is for v2, originative has v1. There are some slight differences in case design.

Originative's v1 also needs to be asembled, as I contacted Sherry before all this came to be, and was discouraged after reading some comments, however anyone who recently bought it did recieve it, I would keep records of payment close depending how you pay though incase a dispute arises

When he's good, he's good. And when he's bad, he's horrible. And you never know which you're going to get at any given time.

Also, Zombly makes a good point. IF you buy from him, and pay through PayPal, if you don't receive your item within 45 days, file a dispute to get your money back. After that, you lose the ability. If not through PayPal, your credit card company will cover you.
