And amazon.com has a few versions also.

And I can't read ...are the MX blacks a new thing for this board?

Yes, I don't think EK or Amazon had blacks when they were first listed for sale.

Is KUL really that great? I was thinking of buying one but at around $150 (CA tax and Shipping included) I don't know if it would be worth it. Should I just wait until the Duck Viper/Eagle GB comes around to build my own kb?

Buy one from MechanicalKeyboards.com when it comes in.  $129 shipped to CA.

Get a KUL. It's honestly better than a Filco. I love mine.
