USPS Shipping issue

About a month ago I shipped a QFR top case to Blusey (sp?) from CONUS to England and it has still not arrived. USPS tracking is showing no updates since it left Miami, FL, does anybody know of a way that either he or I can get an update on the location?

USPS website doesn't have a chat option, and Im deaf so I can't call, and my email inquiry has gone unanswered

Did you try the tracking # here -> https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

My experience has been that British customs is 1) very slow and 2) doesn't provide any tracking updates for a long time.
Have you tried the number in http://www.parcelforce.com/ also, this might work?

the USPS tracking number does not work on either of those. I didn't even think about a customs hold up, and I sent USPS another email hopefully they get back to me this time
