Would it be a dip switch changing the CL to CTRL and vice versa?

Welcome to the world of the elite, where the superior use caps lock as ctrl and ctrl as caps lock, it's the best way to be.

This is often user-configurable, as many people prefer to have Ctrl key where Caps Lock usually is.

Which KeyCool have you got?  Old one, new one?  108 key?  104 key?  87 key?  84 key?

Have you got the documentation (if any) that came with it?  Or even the box?  That will usually show you a key combination (Fn + something) to swap the keys.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

The button on the far top right of the board swaps Ctrl and Caps Lock. Press that once.
Buying more keycaps,
it really hacks my wallet,
but I must have them.

Glad I could help. That one is the only one I knew for certain, the others are a little vague, but I think the first is "Show desktop", second may be "Take screenshot?", third is "Calculator", last is swap Ctrl and Caps.

AFAIK, there is no English version of the manual, so it's hard to be sure except by testing.
