im pretty ****ing forgiving too. i get it, holiday season and all that ****. plus driving around is stressful as ****. I GET IT.

i just dont tolerate lying and ****ty customer service. if you didn't have time to deliver my **** just let me know. don't promise me something then lie about an attempted delivery when i was here all day. and as you can see, i'm not the only one.

You should complain to amazon, they seem to have pretty good customer service and will hopefully switch to a different service if enough people complain!

I agree, Ontrac sucks balls. The only times I have had Amazon shipments not arrive on the guaranteed shipping date have been Ontrac deliveries.

hmm, this gives me an idea:  "Incan Times" Theme Park.  You ride a llama, see a human sacrifice, study the lunar calendar.  Hate the Spaniards.  It could be a lot of fun. 

Oh yeah, ontrac suxxit.  Jeff Bezos suxxit it too.  When the revolution comes, he's like no. 2 or 3 on my list.

Interestingly the couple times I've had a package come from them I never had an issue - today included.

It is all from Newegg using the free shipping, which means I'm only about 400 miles away. Not a lot goes wrong in there.

As of last week they had a backlog of 5 million packages! They are Amazon's main distributor in the UK! They routinely update your tracking saiying they attempted delivery, when they don't even bother! Sometimes they just leave your **** on your doorstep for hours so people can steal it! Their sorting office is in the middle of bat**** nowhere! They are also used by Argos, as well as my favourite site in the world, Ebuyer.
