Just wondering if any one in Canada or US know what the RMA process is like for Ducky Shine in North America
I have a Shine 3 waiting for me to pickup on the weekend, but had so much bad luck with my keyboards lately......... "Broken caps on my G710 and then having to return a defective Trigger Z after 2 days" According to Ducky's website, if anything should happen I bring it back to NCIX and they start a RMA claim for me. But how long is the process? Where is the service center? Who pays for the Shipping? If it is Asia, that will take forever.
I stopped by my local NCIX after returning the Z and the sales guy knew nothing about this.... Said that the guy who should know is not around, so please if anyone has dealt with Ducky Shine RMA in Canada or US be hook it up.
