Poker 3 bug
« on: Mon, 17 August 2015, 09:44:30 »
Hello all,

I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed, I couldn't find anything about this particular issue.

I received my poker 3 last week from massdrop and it seemed to be working fine, initially at least. Over the last week though I've noticed that when I press backspace while in a browser it opens up a new browsing tab. Sometimes it opens the source code in a new tab too. I can't press the '0' button without a series of random text characters popping up either. In addition, when I press ctrl it turns caps lock on.

Has anyone else seen this issue? I may not be 100% accurate in the exact details but I had to stop using the board. It was unusable. Please help! I've already contacted massdrop to see if they've had customers experiencing similar issues. I really don't want to wait awhile for a new board.  I love this little white board with clears.

Thanks!

Sounds like something that could happen if the switch on a modifier or another key is stuck in an engaged position. Try installing the Switch Hitter diagnostic software and see if anything looks out of place.
