I don't think that's a very good price for an M. I think I'd pay $30 max

Strikes me as a tad expensive for a Craigslist find.

$50-75 is current fair market price for a 1391401 or similar, in good condition.

For a terminal M, no more than $30-35 shipped.

Yeah, they've been going up, due to higher demand.

Some sellers are asking $100, but I think that's too high, and you should be able to find one for $50-75. There are some on eBay for around $250, because they are supposedly more rare, but that's just ridiculous.

Look at the sold listings on eBay for 1391401's. $35 is currently bottom dollar. Prices are generally between $50 - $100.

The prices are crazy.  I've been thinking of selling my Unicomp M for $30 + shipping since I don't use it.

Yeah these prices are outta control. I'll see myself out of this conversation then. I've never paid more than $20 for a full size Model M, terminal or 1391401 style.

LOL

Back in late 2001, when I bought my first two Model Ms, I paid $100 each for them.

Availability has brought prices down a bit, to a slump in value a few years ago, and now the market seems to have stabilized.
