easiest hack I've ever done. a couple hours after work and it was done. including the time to wash the key caps...

also the most literal one, since the only tool used was a hack saw. :)

What did you do with the leftover foil? Did you just fold it inside? :P

uglier :)

i considered for a long time if i should cut if out and solder the paths... but i concluded that would turn a easy hack in a failure.

So my next ideas was to fold it inside, but again, i got afraid that it would break the paths. because there is not any space there. it would have to be a blind fold.

So i just folded it under the case. there is plenty of space there. and it looks cool. I used one layer of transparent tape on the perforated middle plastic layer (as to prevent ghost num pad presses) and then another larger transparent tape hold it all to the case.

will post pics later on.

I will do that to 3 others i have around. if anyone wanna trade it to something else. i can consider 2 of those (or one with a bondo job to cover the hole) to a used matias mini or something.

let me know if anyone has any interest. if not they will just go back to the spare-MS-natural-pro-bin!

But technically I think that's the MS Natural Keyboard Elite.  :)  The Pro has the inverted-T arrows.
Daily drivers are:
Microsoft Natural (the original, and still going strong)
Microsoft Natural Elite
