Silent Leopold Topre

I recently learned that Leopold now has "silent" versions of some of their Topre keyboards. Does anyone know how they're silenced? Are they silenced like the HHKB Type-S or Silent RFs with the slightly elongated sliders and silencing ring?

Yes, they have the purple sliders and silencing rings. The effect is much the same as on the Realforce silenced boards.
