The BIN price is ridiculous for the shape it's in, but if it goes for $100 or less, it's not a bad deal.  I believe it should be ABS double shots.  It definitely needs some cleaning up and may not clean up perfectly.

Edit:  May be a RD G83, ask for model number before bidding.  I'm leaning toward that due to the bars on the home keys.

Only this one says G83, so it's rubber dome. 

The one in OP looks like it too, so I'd get confirmation on the model number before bidding.

Edit:  I'm going to lock the thread since I think it's probably a RD board.
