A couple of years ago somebody sold some "Geekhack" badges in 3D plastic about 1cm tall and 10cm wide that were very nice.

I'll make you a deal. You figure out how to make the design and I'll print you a set of vinyl stickers. Perhaps you can convince me to laser cut some plastic to make a proper decal like on my KMAC.
