You don't need drivers.
Mac Mode is enabled via dipswitch setting.  ;D

Set the dip switch to Mac mode, and try using the media keys without any drivers. It works just fine for me and I tested on three different Macs running Mountain Lion, Mavericks, and Yosemite.

Hmm, the fnc key seems to not be working. i closed the keyboard setup assistant without finishing it, so it must assume the keyboard is a regular ANSI layout. i tried going into library to change some of the settings, but the com.apple.keyboardtype.plist wasn't there

The only thing you really need the drivers for are the media keys.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

The only thing you really need the drivers for are the media keys.

The media keys (such as they are) work without the drivers on both my Macs. A couple of random keys also seem to trigger screen brightness on my Macbook Air -- again, without the driver installed.
