Hello GH,
I know this is none of my business and as you may be aware of this but I think I must let the community know in order to protect the common interests of everyone before it would lead to something worse.
On 13th Feb 2015, artisan (
http://www.artisan-jp.com) officially announced to all Vietnamese customers that they must temporarily stop selling to Vietnam due to the fact that they were facing a possible scam coming from a guy name Ho Tien.

Here is what he did :
- Use credit card for payment
- Ship to his address
- Received the goods but denied it even the post office indicated very clearly that Mr Tien already received the good

- Charged back the credit card via the bank by taking advantages the incompetency (or stupidity) of the bank staffs
- Eventually, artisan lost the money and they must stop selling artisan to Vietnam until further notice
This guy are also involving in selling extremely cheap Matias, Poker 3 from mechanicalkeyboards and recently the brand new, unsealed RealForce EK at 180$ shipped in Vietnam.

It is extremely suspicious when someone are selling a big number of brand new gears (keyboards, mouse, pad...) at the price after duty tax and VAT tax even lower than the price from the original seller. There are many possibilities for this like :
- He is doing charity for Vietnamese customers because he has so much money
- He is using stolen CC, shipping to US address and bring back to Vietnam
- He is cheating EK and MD by using false charge back technique
- He is receiving a big discount from all of these suppliers
...
Whatever the truth is, you decide!
I completely understand about the fact "innocent until proven guilty" and indeed the judgment should come from the law. However, I need to highlight this issue so that anyone can help more information before dealing with him. And again, stay safe, we should always ship to a Confirmed and Verified address via Paypal to avoid the kind of serious charge back fraud.
Edit: correcting some words
