It's been established that you can replace the cable with an AT or PS/2 one and they will work with PCs. However, you need some hacks to get the extra keys working; something that seems to be easier to do under Linux than Windows.

However, it still is most likely a high-quality rubber dome since it is intended to get lots of use since it's POS equipment. High-quality rubber domes like first-generation Dell Quiet Key's can be great keyboards that last for years.

My feelings exactly when I opened the box.

I don't mind having it though. It's quite small for the number of keys. Also it's my second Micro Switch keyboard after the Symbolics. I should start collecting Micro Switch.

Didn't have time to for the pics yet, things are crazy here atm.
