[WTB/T] 8x Monterey Alps/SMK Alps mount

I need just eight. Up for trade I have:

* some SMK Cherry mounts
* more than a hundred genuine complicated white Alps that need to be lubed, maybe cleaned
* or an entire wkl Focus 2001 with some missing modifier caps, includes above white Alps

But if you want the entire board I may need to charge for shipping. The keyboard does have some flaws, I'll send you some detailed pictures if you're interested.

Good luck. About a year ago I thought that somebody was trying to buy a junk blue Monterey keyboard and part it out (could it have been Comrade Sniper?) but I can't remember what happened.

I have some of the clicky white SMKs but I have never looked to see whether the (switch) mount is the same as the Montereys. They do not have Alps cap mounts.

Do your switches look like these ? That's the same "Cherry mount" variant I have. I'm looking for the Montereys because they should be (at least nearly) identical to the ones I have in all aspects except cap mount.

It just occurred to me that since SMKs are incompatible with almost all PCBs, I'm unlikely to find a few unused switches. I might have to troll eBay for a while in hopes of an old broken board.
