Toilet paper over or under?

I cant use toilet paper holders... I have to have the roll in hand its weird but I have to do it.  Even if I'm at my parents visiting, i have to the take the roll off the holder.

The only life changer i can think of right now is eating toast with jam, jam facing down so its on your tongue... makes it a billionty times more tasty in my opinion
