Finished Painting My White/Blue Splatter TKL!
« on: Sun, 20 December 2015, 03:04:18 »
GH!

Just finished my first attempt at spray-painting anything, and it turned out pretty well. Apart from a mark or two at the corners and the stripe not being completely sharp, it came out alright! Now the only question is.. What keycap set would even fit into this?

Not bad :)

How about Triumph Adler, or Raindrop?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Cheers for the read and suggestion c:

Wallet is kind of light at the moment so I settled with the darker blue of the NPKC PBT blanks, that should be coming in two weeks. I'll update this thread after those come. (Hopefully not too much of a necro)

The paint bleed on the straight line is killing me, so I'm going to go over it again. And this time seal the painters tape. Sigh.
