I doubt it, I reckon he would have just cancelled the transaction as a mistake or something and taken the negative feedback.

Not specifically, amazon has though but you can cancel a transation in ebay after someones paid you just put down that there was no stock when you went to ship or the item was found to be defective when you checked it just before shipping. Pleanty of ways to get out of it though.

Oh i did have the cst trackball cancelled on me as out of stock after i paid and then a couple days later it was back in stock so i had to re do the order. Only did it beause it was way cheaper than any other option so they had me by the balls
