HHKB Question
« on: Tue, 29 December 2015, 21:31:25 »
So, one of the most common comparative terms I have read here in describing the difference in feel between the RF's plate-mounted switches and the HHKB's case-mounted switches is that the HHKB feels "more organic" than the RF.

In this context, what is meant by "organic"?

It's a term that does not really convey a specific difference, at least for me. Can someone please clarify?

Thanks!  :)

It's slightly heavier than the realforce and the tactile is really really pleasant on the hhkb than on the realforce, The difference is the RF is slightly smoother and hhkb is more tactile. But that's just my opinion hope this helps you  :thumb:

Thanks! That's quite interesting. My first Topre experience was the RF 45g board, which I found too light (too much accidental input.) I now have a 55g board, which I love.

But it does make me wonder if my opinion of 45g would have been different if I had experienced it on HHKB :)
