Little custom keyboard images in profile signature?

im constantly seeing people with their custom keyboards, (Painted case or aftermarket keycaps) as small images in their Geekhack Signature. Would somebody please enlighten me on how they do it? O-o

Can anyone do this one?

It's my poker 2 pcb in a mkc purple aluminum case with a purple brocap. The brocap is like a dark purple color as per the picture. It also has Ivan's cherry profile dark pbt hangul keycaps.

I put a second pic for reference.

 I had seen in the thread that was linked above there are quite a few people willing to do them if you ask there :p.

 I used a basic template and just did the coloring for mine in MS paint, ..... which takes much longer than doing it in photoshop. I opened photoshop for the first time in 3 months and it's like all of the classes i did on digital media and just the basics of photoshop have escaped my mind. Otherwise id be will to make them for people too.
