Is this plate schematic made wrong?

well, I'm recently building a new phantom, I wanted stainless one,
so I sent that dxf (up above link) to several laser cutting services.
after then they told me that this schematic is not 1:1 scale, so fix scale and resend it again.
but I have no idea about CAD, so I'd ask here.
and if possible, how much is length/height of this plate?
FYI, I found this dxf from DT wiki.
Not Aka"MLG 360 NO SCOPE GET REKT" either.

Try getting the dxf file from swillkb, it works straight away especially if you chose bigbluesaw.

I quickly downloaded CAD Viewer and new plate schematic.


so this red one is from DT Wiki,


and this white one is from swillkb's CAD Maker.

you can see there're no LED holes at second one.

The drawing from the DT Wiki has its dimensions in inches, I believe.
