Hey, I just got my b.87 keyboard. When I plugged it in it worked fine, but I downloaded the software and ended up loading the wrong firmware into the keyboard. Now when I plug it in, the capslock key will flash every now and then. I get a windows message repeatedly in the corner of my screen saying unknown device is malfunctioning. When I look at devices and printers in the control panel, it comes up as an unknown USB device that it says is working properly.
